These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by FK Workwear (“we” / “us”) to the customer (“you”). They constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to the sale of goods.

All orders are subject to acceptance upon delivery of goods, at which point a legally binding contract is formed on these Terms and Conditions.

 Price & Payment

  1. The price of goods is as shown on our website at the time you place your order, plus any applicable delivery charges.

  2. Prices may change due to market conditions. We will confirm the price with you before accepting your order.

  3. Payment must be received in full before acceptance unless agreed in writing.

  4. Account customers must pay in full by the end of the month following the invoice. Late payments may incur 3% interest above base rate, plus recovery costs.

Delivery & Shipping

  1. Goods are delivered to the address provided in your order within the United Kingdom.

  2. A valid signature is required on delivery or collection.

  3. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

  4. Delivery times are estimates only; delays do not constitute a breach.

  5. Any discrepancies or damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Availability

  • We aim to keep sufficient stock to meet all orders.

  • If stock is unavailable, we may supply a substitute of equal or higher value, or issue a refund.

  • Requests for specific brands must be made in writing.

Cancellations & Returns

  • Items may be returned within 60 days if:

    • In original packaging

    • In resellable condition

    • Not printed or embroidered

  • Customers pay return shipping for items that are not faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

  • A 25% restocking fee may apply for non-stock items returned without replacement.

  • Printed or special order items may be amended or cancelled within 24 hours free of charge. After 24 hours:

    • Printed orders cannot be cancelled

    • Special order items may be cancelled with a 20% fee

  • Use the Returns Form and provide proof of delivery when returning items.

Liability

  • Notify us within 7 days for shortages, non-delivery, or defects.

  • We will replace, repair, or refund affected goods.

  • We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost profits, except as required by law.

  • Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Limited Companies – Guarantee

  • Individuals signing a Trade Credit Account on behalf of limited companies guarantee payment if the company cannot meet its obligations.

Termination

  • We may suspend supply or cancel orders if you breach these Terms, become insolvent, or legal proceedings are initiated.

  • Upon termination, all amounts owed to us become immediately due.

Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including strikes, industrial disputes, or natural events.
